Double Languages affecting us?

Since some students are taking double languages we only have ICT twice in one week and none the other? isnt this affecting us by doing ICT in german? But negative points apart- some students are actually achieving and reaching highs of level 7's!! What do you think ? Is taking 2 languages a good or bad thing-from the ICT view??
